1. Can I try Streamfizz for free?
Absolutely! You have a trial period of 14 days, without having to enter any means of payment (CB or SEPA Mandate).
2. Which means of payment are accepted?
You can subscribe to offers by paying by the following means:
- Bank Card Visa, CB, MasterCard, Amex, 3Ds
- SEPA transfer
We unfortunately do not accept payment by check or cash.
Upon receipt of your payment, the service will be activated instantly on your Streamfizz account.
3. How does your billing work?
Our offers are renewable and without commitment.
You pay for a given period and the renewal is done at the end of that period.
When you want to stop, a simple click on your account in the page My Account, section My subscription on the button Cancel the subscription will be enough to stop the automatic renewal. Your subscription will end at the end of the current period and you will not be charged.
Your account will be deactivated at the end of a notice period of 7 days. After this time, all your content will be permanently deleted.
It’s very simple, fast and transparent, you master perfectly the duration of your offer.
4. What is the commitment period?
It depends on the offer you subscribe to. Whatever the module, you have access to a monthly or annual subscription.
If you decide to take the monthly subscription (month by month), there is no commitment period. You can cancel when you want, with a simple click on your account in the page My Account, section My subscription on the button Cancel the subscription will be enough to stop the automatic renewal. Your subscription will end at the end of the current period and you will not be charged.
For annual subscriptions, the commitment period is at least one year, renewable on the anniversary date of the subscription. All information about your subscription is on your account in the My Account page, My Subscription section.
At the end of your commitment period, your account will be deactivated at the end of a 7 day notice period. After this time, all your content will be permanently deleted.
5. Can I upgrade my subscription?
Yes of course and it’s very simple. You can at any time adjust your subscription directly from your account in the My Account page, My subscription section by clicking on “Update subscription“.
In the new window, you can choose to switch to a higher offer, a lower offer or subscribe to a new module, change the terms and methods of payment.
The changes will take effect immediately except for changes in payment terms for the passage of an annual or monthly payment. This will only be taken into account at the end of the minimum subscription period.

6. What is bandwidth?
Bandwidth can sometimes be confusing when it comes to video hosting. It is difficult to predict how much you will need and how much it will cost you.
We’ve set our bandwidth limits so high that most Streamfizz users will never have to worry about it. In fact, 99% of our customers do not even get close to it.
If you end up needing more than our standard limits, we’ll send you a friendly email telling you the remaining bandwidth and we’ll charge you the bandwidth overrun in steps.
You can always check usage and bandwidth pricing in your account. If you need help calculating your intended use, do not hesitate to contact us.
